Yoga is an acknowledged form of physical activity which improves the health of mind, well- being and harmony. Yoga awakens your dormant skills and expands consciousness. By practicing yoga poses; physical tension can be resolved. In addition, the body gains flexibility and strength. 

We will start with simplicity, and then we will advance.
